Islamic Relief Sri Lanka conducted an awareness session on the Complaint and Referral Mechanism (CRM) for 30 parents and 29 students from Rajagalathenna School in Uhana DS division on 28th February 2023. The session was held under the project “Islamic Relief’s Catch-up & Return to Education Through Better Learning Environment in Sri Lanka (i-CARES)”, which is funded by Islamic Relief Canada.

The CRM awareness session aimed to educate parents and students on how to lodge complaints related to education and the referral mechanism to resolve them. It also focused on the importance of ensuring their access to quality education. Through such initiatives, Islamic Relief continues to support vulnerable communities and promote education as a means of sustainable development.
