Tender for the Endline Evaluation of “Islamic Relief’s Learn and Ride for Education Empowerment in Sri Lanka (i-LEAD)” project implemented in Ampara, Trincomalee, Polonnaruwa and Vavuniya districts.

Interested individual consultants, firms, or institutions are invited to submit their sealed bid documents on or before Monday, 26 October 2026, at 4:30 p.m. The complete bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope via registered post, courier service, or by placing them in the tender box at the address below. Bids submitted by email will not be accepted.

The bid opening will take place on Tuesday, 27 October 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. at the IRSL Office in Akkaraipattu. Bidders are expected to attend the bid opening.
